Collection and use of personal data occurs regularly only after you have consented to this or the processing of the data is permitted by legal regulations. The following provisions inform you in each case about the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and processing of your personal data.
For the event that we use contracted service providers for particular functions pertaining to our offer or for our services or use your data for advertising or analysis purposes, we inform you in detail about the relevant processes below. We also inform you about the defined criteria and the storage period as about your rights regarding any data processing.

This data-protection declaration refers exclusively to our ONE LOGIC platform and related websites (currently: https://onelogic.de/pasdas/). III. Explanation of the legal basis and the storage period

1. Legal bases for processing personal data
Insofar as we obtain consent from you for personal-data-processing operations, Art. 6 (1) a) DSGVO is the legal basis for processing personal data. Any consent can be revoked by you with effect for the future.
Art. 6(1) b) DSGVO serves as the legal basis for processing the personal data required to conclude a contract with you or your company. This also applies to processing operations that already become relevant prior to contract completion.
Insofar as processing your personal data is required for the fulfillment of one of our legal obligations, Art. 6(1) c) DSGVO serves as legal basis.
If the processing is necessary to protect a legitimate interest of our company or a third party, and your interests, fundamental rights and freedoms do not override our legitimate interest, then Art. 6(1) f) DSGVO shall serve as the legal basis for said processing.

2. Storage period and data deletion
The personal data collected, processed and stored by us will only be stored by us for as long as the specific purpose of said storage requires. If the purpose of the storage ceases to apply, your data will be deleted or its processing restricted.
Moreover, however, it may be that European regulations, applicable national laws or other regulations require us to store the data we process for a longer period. Should these storage periods expire, we will delete your data or restrict the processing thereof.

IV. Your rights
Insofar as we process your personal data, you are a “data subject” within the meaning of the DSGVO. As a data subject, you have the rights against ONE LOGIC listed immediately below:

1. Right to information regarding the processing
You can request information from us on whether we are processing your personal data at any time and within the scope of the statutory provisions. If this is the case, you have the right to request information about the scope of said data processing (Art. 15 DSGVO).

2. Right to rectification
You have a right against ONE LOGIC to have your data corrected and/or completed if your processed personal data is inaccurate or incomplete (Art. 16 DSGVO).

3. Right to restriction of processing
If the conditions for this exist, you can request that processing of your personal data is restricted (Art. 18 DSGVO).

4. Right to deletion
You may request that ONE LOGIC delete your personal data without delay, provided that the conditions for this are met. The right to deletion does not exist insofar as the processing is necessary (Art. 17 DSGVO).

5. Right to information
If you have exercised the right to rectification, deletion or restriction of processing against ONE LOGIC, ONE LOGIC is obliged to inform all recipients to whom your personal data has been disclosed of this rectification or deletion of the data or restriction of processing, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. The Controller shall inform you about these recipients if you so request (Art. 19 DSGVO).

6. Right to data portability
You have the right to receive the personal data you submitted to ONE LOGIC in a structured, common and machine-readable format. In addition, you have the right to transfer this data to another company without hindrance from ONE LOGIC, to whom said personal data was submitted, provided the conditions for this exist (Art. 20 DSGVO).

7. Right of objection
You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to having your personal data processed as defined in Article 6(1) f) DSGVO (Article 21(1) DSGVO). The consequence of the objection is that ONE LOGIC will no longer process your personal data, unless ONE LOGIC can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the enforcement, exercise or defense of legal claims.

If your personal data is processed for the purpose of direct marketing, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of such marketing (Article 21(2) of the DSGVO).
You can inform us about your objection using the following contact data:

ONE LOGIC GmbH
Kapuzinerstraße 2c
94032 Passau
Email: dataprotection@onelogic.de

8. Right to revoke the declaration of consent under data-protection law
If you have given a declaration of consent under data-protection law, you can revoke this at any time (Art. 7 DSGVO). Revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation.

9. Right to complain to a supervisory authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, in particular in the member state of your residence, workplace or the place of the alleged infringement, should you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes the DSGVO (Art. 77 DSGVO).

V. Visiting the ONE LOGIC platform and creating log files
Each time you access our ONE LOGIC platform, our system automatically collects data and information from your computer system. In particular, the following data is collected:

  • The page from which the file was requested
  • The name of the file
  • The date and time of the request
  • The duration of your visit
  • The amount of data transmitted
  • The access status (i.e. whether the file was transferred or possibly not found, etc.)
  • The anonymized IP address of the requesting computer
  • A description of the type and version of the web browser used
  • The installed operating system and the set resolution

The aforementioned data we collect about you is stored in our system’s log files. Storage of this data together with other personal data does not take place in principle.

The legal basis for the temporary storage of the data and log files is Art. 6(1) f) DSGVO. We have a legitimate interest in collecting and temporarily storing the aforementioned data, as the temporary storage of the IP address by our system is needed for delivery of the platform to your computer.
The log files are stored to ensure the platform’s proper functioning. Moreover, this data is used to optimize our platform and to ensure the security of our information-technology systems. Your log files are not evaluated for marketing purposes.

The data is deleted or disassociated so that an assignment to you is no longer possible as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose stated here. In the case of storing data in log files, the data is usually deleted after seven days.

VI. Contact ONE LOGIC

1. By email, telephone and fax
An email address as well as a telephone and fax number are provided on our ONE LOGIC platform, which you may use to contact us. If you write us an email or send us a fax, we will save your sender data (email address / fax number) as well as any other data you provide. Even if you call us, we may store the data we need to handle your inquiry. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1) b) and f) DSGVO, as the contact may be a contract initiation. However, ONE LOGIC also has a legitimate interest in processing your data in order to be able to answer you.

In the event that we wish to use your data, in particular your telephone number, fax number or email address for marketing purposes, we will ask for your consent in advance. In this case, Art. 6(1) a) DSGVO is the legal basis. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. In the case of direct marketing, we also base the processing of the data on our legitimate interest according to Art. 6(1) f) DSGVO.
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected and there are no legal or contractual archiving obligations that prevent its deletion. This is the case after 10 years at the latest. The dialogue is terminated when the circumstances indicate that the matter in question has been conclusively clarified.

2. By contact form
A contact form is available on our platform with which you can contact ONE LOGIC electronically. If you use this option, the data entered in the input fields will be transmitted to us and stored. In particular, this includes the following data:

  • Your title, your name, your company;
  • Your email address;
  • Your telephone number;
  • Your request and, if applicable, personal data entered by you.

In this step, we ask you whether you would like to receive a newsletter from ONE LOGIC. You can find out more about data processing in connection with ordering the ONE LOGIC newsletter in the “Newsletter” section of this privacy statement.

The legal basis for processing this data is Art. 6(1) a), b) or f) DSGVO. Processing personal data from the input fields of our contact form serves us – in addition to the above purposes – solely to process your request, which is in our interest. It may be a matter of initiating a contract. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected and there are no legal archiving obligations to prevent its deletion. The dialogue is terminated when the circumstances indicate that the matter in question has been conclusively clarified.
When you send your message, the following data will also be stored:

  • Your IP address;
  • The date and time you initiated contact.

The additional personal data processed during the submission process is used to prevent misuse of the contact form and to ensure the security of our information-technology systems. The legal basis for processing this data is Art. 6(1) f) DSGVO. The additional personal data collected during the sending process will be deleted after a period of seven days at the latest. The data is used exclusively for processing of dialogue.

VII. Newsletter

1. Newsletter subscription
You have the option of subscribing to a free newsletter on the ONE LOGIC platform. If you agree, we will inform you about current topics, services and events in the newsletter. In the process, the data you entered in the input fields when registering for the newsletter will be transmitted to us. These are usually:

  • Your title, your name, your company
  • Your email address;
  • Your telephone number.

We need your email address to send you the newsletter and to identify and verify your consent. After subscribing to our newsletter, we will send you an email in which you can revoke the subscription. This means that after your registration, we will send you an email to the email address you provided, in which we ask you to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter. After your confirmation, we store your email address and the other information for the purpose of sending the newsletter. The legal basis is Art.6(1) a) DSGVO. We also store the IP addresses used in your connection to our servers as well as the times of registration and confirmation. The purpose of the procedure is to be able to prove your registration and, if necessary, to clarify a possible misuse of your personal data. The legal basis is Art. 6(1) lit. f) DSGVO. We delete your data immediately after you terminate the subscription to the newsletter or after the subscription is terminated by us. You can cancel the newsletter subscription at any time by revoking your consent with effect for the future. Each newsletter sent to you includes a link that allows you to easily unsubscribe. However, you also have the option of sending an email to dataprotection@onelogic.de or a message to the Controller named in this privacy policy above.

2. Processing by MailChimp
We use the service “MailChimp” to send our newsletters. MailChimp is a newsletter-sending platform from US provider Rocket Science Group LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE #5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA (“MailChimp”). We use MailChimp’s services within the scope of order processing.
MailChimp can use the recipients’ data in pseudonymous form – i.e. without assignment to a particular user – to optimize or improve its own services, e.g. for technically optimizing dispatch and presentation of the newsletters or for statistical purposes. However, MailChimp does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to write to them itself or to pass said data on to third parties.

MailChimp also processes personal data in the USA. Standard contractual clauses as defined in Art. 46 DSGVO act as appropriate guarantees for the data transfer. Further information can be found here: https://ec.europa.eu/info/law/law-topic/data-protection/data-transfers-outside-eu_de.
MailChimp is used on the basis of our legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6(1) lit. f) DSGVO. If you terminate the subscription or revoke your consent, we will instruct MailChimp to delete your data.

You can view MailChimp’s privacy policy here: https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/. You can find more information about data protection at MailChimp here: https://mailchimp.com/de/help/about-the-general-data-protection-regulation/.

VIII. ONE LOGIC Community

On the “ONE DATA Community” website (https://community.onelogic.de/) you have the possibility to enter into a professional exchange with other users. The forum is structured as a Q&A system and enables you to find solutions to questions concerning ONE DATA products. For registration we collect the following data:

  • Your e-mail address,
  • your user name,
  • first and last name (optional).
  • Optionally, you can also store a display picture and geographical information in your profile.

After your confirmation, we store your e-mail address and the other information for the purpose of providing the forum and to prevent abuse. Legal bases are Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) and f) DSGVO. We delete your data as soon as you have deleted your account. Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

If you ask or answer questions in the forum, your entered content, title, date and user name will be stored by us for the purpose of display in the forum. The processing of all data entered in the forum is based on your consent, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) DSGVO, for pre-contractual purposes, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO or based on legitimate interests, according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO, as the purposes are to improve our products and answer your questions. You can revoke consent at any time. For this purpose, an informal communication by e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation. The contributions and associated data created by you in the forum will remain with us until you request us to delete them, revoke your consent to store them or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies.

Further information on data processing in the context of using the ONE DATA Community forum can be found in the ONE DATA Community data protection declaration .

IX. Use of cookies and marketing measures

1. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer or mobile devices when you visit our website. Various sorts of information flow to us via our implementation of cookies.

In addition to cookies, some services use “local-storage entries”. A local-storage entry is functionally comparable to cookies, with the difference that with local-storage information is stored in the cache of your browser. Insofar as services on our website use local-storage entries, we expressly point this out to you in this privacy policy.

In addition, some services also use tracking pixels.

Necessary cookies
For the proper operation of our internet presence and the proper display of its content, certain cookies are technically necessary to be able to show you our internet offer at all. These “necessary cookies” cannot be deselected, because without them our internet presence cannot be offered.
Cookies and similar technologies for statistics and external content
We use cookies to statistically record how our website is used. You do not have to accept these cookies.

You do not have to accept the cookies and similar technologies used for this purpose, but you will then also not be able to use the corresponding functionality. 3. Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web-analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”).

The following types of data may be collected through the service: app updates, browser information, click path, date and time of visit, device information, downloads, flash version, location information, JavaScript support, pages visited, purchase activity, referrer URL, usage data, widget interactions, IP address.

This service enables analysis of the use of our internet pages and uses cookies to this end. The information generated by the cookie – e.g. your anonymized IP address – is transmitted on our behalf to a Google server in the USA, where it is stored and analyzed. On this website, Google Analytics has been extended by the code “gat._anonymizeIp();”.

This ensures an anonymized collection of IP addresses. The anonymization of your IP address is usually done by shortening your IP address by Google Inc. within the European Union or in other contracting states of the European Economic Area (EEA). In exceptional cases, your IP address is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and only anonymized there. If transmitted in this fashion, your IP address will not be merged with other Google data.

There may be a data transfer to the USA, which is secured by the agreement of standard data protection clauses pursuant to Art. 46(2) lit. c) DSGVO.

When configuring Google Analytics, care was taken to ensure that Google receives this data as a contractor. Google also uses the data for purposes of advertising, market research and/or demand-oriented design of its own offer. In doing so, Google may link the data with other of the user’s data (such as search history, personal accounts, usage data for other devices and all other data that Google has on this user).

The collected data is automatically deleted in Google Analytics after 14 months. The deletion of data whose retention period has been reached occurs automatically once a month.

The legal basis for the data processing is your consent, Art. 6(1) lit. a) DSGVO. You can revoke your consent to the use of Google Analytics at any time with effect for the future, as shown above under point 8. b).
For more information about Google’s terms of use and privacy policy, see http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html or https://policies.google.com/?hl=de.

4. Typeforms
We use the services of the provider www.typeform.com for the quiz. Typeform is a service provided by TYPEFORM S.L., Carrer Bac de Roda 163, 08018 Barcelona, Spain. Typeform collects and stores your information when you subscribe to the newsletter. We ourselves are responsible for Typeform’s published forms and manage the data collected through them. We delete this data from the Typeform servers after downloading them. Typeform collects usage data whenever you use the subscription form. Typeform collects data about the type of device and program through which a form is accessed, such as IP address, browser type, and operating system. This may also include the user’s geographic location as determined by the IP address used. Typeform stores information about the source that referred the user to the form (e.g., the link on a website or in an email). Typeform uses third-party tracking services, such as cookies and page tags (also known as web beacons or web bugs), to collect aggregated and anonymized data. This data may include user and usage statistics. This data is processed on servers located in the United States. For more information about Typeform’s collection and use of data, please see Typeform’s privacy policy at this link.

5. Gravity Forms
The forms in our online offer use the service “Gravity Forms”, as offered by Rocketgenius, Inc., 1620 Centerville Turnpike #102, Virginia Beach, VA 23464, USA. Their use is based on our legitimate interests within the meaning of Art. 6(1) lit. f) DSGVO, as we intend a user-friendly design for our online offer, which also includes a contact form for easy contact. Entered form data is sent to us, the website operator, by email and thus stored on our self-hosted mail server. In addition, proof that the request was made is stored in a WordPress database. There is confirmation in the documentation area at the company website that the plugin is DSGVO-compliant: https://docs.gravityforms.com/wordpress-gravity-forms-and-gdpr-compliance/ Transfer to and storage on Rocketgenius Inc. servers or on the gravityforms.com website does not occur. More information about the collection and use of data by Gravity Forms can be found in the Rocketgenius Inc. privacy policy: https://www.gravityforms.com/privacy/.

6. Data Interface Zapier
This site uses Zapier, a service provided by Zapier Inc, 548 Market St #62411, San Francisco, California 94104, USA, to integrate various databases and tools. This may involve the transmission of customer data, with the exception of payment data. Further information on data protection at Zapier can be found at https://zapier.com/privacy. We have entered into a so-called “Data Processing Agreement” with Zapier, in which Zapier undertakes to protect our customers’ data and not to pass it on to third parties. By filling out a form, the Zapier data interface is activated and data is transferred from Gravity Forms to Pipedrive via Zapier (see 5. and 7.).

7. Pipedrive
To process and respond to your requests and messages as quickly as possible, we connected our contact form to our customer-relationship management tool (“CRM tool”) Pipedrive. The data submitted when filling out the form is transmitted to Pipedrive and stored there on Pipedrive servers. We use the CRM system Pipedrive on the basis of our legitimate interests (efficient and fast processing of user inquiries, existing customer management, new customer business). The system is owned by the provider Pipedrive OÜ, a private limited company established under the laws of the Republic of Estonia, located at Paldiski mnt 80, Tallinn, 10617, Estonia. It is registered in the Estonian Commercial Register under the code 11958539 and is a subsidiary of Pipedrive US. We entered into a contract with Pipedrive with standard contractual clauses, in which Pipedrive undertakes to process user data only in accordance with our instructions and to comply with the EU data-protection level. Pipedrive US is also certified under the Privacy Shield agreement and thereby offers an additional guarantee of compliance with European data protection law. You can access Pipedrive’s privacy policy here: https://www.pipedrive.com/en/privacy. You can inform yourself at any time about the data stored pertaining to you.

8. Facebook Pixel
We use the Facebook pixel from Facebook on our website. For this purpose, we have implemented a code on our website. The Facebook pixel is a snippet of JavaScript code that loads a collection of functions that allow Facebook to track your user actions if you came to our website through Facebook ads. For example, when you purchase a product on our website, the Facebook pixel is triggered and stores your actions on our website in one or more cookies. These cookies allow Facebook to match your user data (customer data such as IP address, user ID) with your Facebook account data. Then Facebook deletes this data again. The collected data is anonymous and not visible to us and can only be used in the context of ad placements. If you yourself are a Facebook user and are logged in, the visit to our website is automatically assigned to your Facebook user account.

We want to show our services or products only to those people who are really interested in them. With the help of Facebook pixels, our advertising measures can be better tailored to your wishes and interests. Thus, Facebook users (if they have allowed personalized advertising) get to see suitable advertising. Furthermore, Facebook uses the collected data for analysis purposes and its own advertisements.

In the following, we show you those cookies that were set by embedding Facebook Pixel on a test page. Please note that these are only sample cookies. Different cookies are set depending on the interaction on our website.

9. LinkedIn Insights and Conversion Tracking
Data collected:
We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag for this website. The LinkedIn Insight Tag creates a LinkedIn “browser cookie” which collects the following data:

  • IP address,
  • Timestamp,
  • page activity,
  • LinkedIn demographic data if the user is an active LinkedIn member.

Using this technology, we can generate reports on the performance of our ads as well as website interaction information. For this purpose, the LinkedIn Insight tag is embedded on this website, which establishes a connection to the LinkedIn server if you visit this website and are logged into your LinkedIn account at the same time.

Data processing purposes:

We process their data to evaluate campaigns and collect information about website visitors who may have reached us through our campaigns on LinkedIn.

Legal basis:

We process your data because you have consented to this, Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a. DSGVO.

Storage period and control options:

We store your data as long as we need it for the respective purpose (campaign evaluation) or you have not objected to the storage of their data or revoked your consent.

The collected data is encrypted. You can find more information here. Here you can find the LinkedIn privacy policy, as well as the LinkedIn opt-out.

10. Google Tag Manager
Using Google Tag Manager: Google Tag Manager is a solution that allows marketers to manage website tags through one interface. The Tag Manager tool itself (which implements the tags) is a cookie-less domain and does not collect any personal data. The tool takes care of triggering other tags, which in turn may collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If a deactivation has been made at the domain or cookie level, it remains in place for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager. https://marketingplatform.google.com/about/analytics/tag-manager/use-policy/

XI. Content delivery network.

Our website makes use of a so-called Content Delivery Network (CDN). A CDN is a network of powerful servers that cache content at various locations around the world. A CDN has two main tasks: to deliver content in the shortest possible time, and to reduce the load on the web host by distributing traffic. CDNs transmit two types of content: Static and dynamic content. Static content is received by all website visitors in the same form, such as video content from streaming services or code frameworks (e.g., Javascript, jQuery). Dynamic content is first customized to the user and only created at the moment of the request. This includes content that takes place via web applications, email or online stores and is personalized. To use the latter, information about the website visitor must first be transmitted to the CDN. The legal basis for the use of a CDN and the transmission of your data to it is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 letter f) DSGVO (legitimate interest in data processing). The legitimate interest results from our need for a technically flawless and fast presentation of our website and the relief of our IT infrastructure. You can object to the processing of your data on the basis of our legitimate interest at any time under the conditions of Art. 21 DSGVO. To do so, please use the contact details provided in the imprint. In detail, we use:

Polyfill.io: On our website, we use Polyfill, a service of the Financial Times Limited, Bracken House, 1 Friday Street, London, EC4M 9BT, United Kingdom. Through Polyfill, Java Script code is reloaded. If Java script is activated in your browser and no Java script blocker is installed, your browser will transmit personal data to Polyfill. This includes, for example, information about your browser, your IP address or the URL of the requesting website. Polyfill does not store your IP address after providing the reloaded code. To prevent Java Script from running, you can adjust the settings in your browser or install a Java Script blocker.

The use of Polyfill serves to provide visitors to our website with an equally flawless user experience – regardless of the different browser types. The legal basis for the use of Polyfill is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

As the security of your data is important to us, your entire visit is effected over a secure TLS connection. If personal data is collected, the data transmission is also TLS-encrypted. The TLS encryption process protects your data from unauthorized access on its way across the internet.
